Connectwise USED to provide email, backup and web hosting for our company. They also provided some tech services to us and they did a pretty good job. The problem came in when we wanted to drop their services. We started doing more for ourselves and also realized that they were overcharging us for many of the services they provided. Once we cancelled the services they fought us tooth and nail for every last penny they could get. You would think they would want to keep a little bit of our business, but I guess they prefer to alienate their customers and drive them to other vendors.
