I can’t thank Eric enough for saving my iPhone 6! I dropped it in a sink full of water about 3 months ago. It worked after I did that until I plugged it in to charge and it shorted and the screen went black. I could still hear it, but nothing would come up on the screen. I thought I had insurance on my plan but I didn’t and Apple wouldn’t fix it because I had previously had a cracked screen replaced and the place that did it apparently wasn’t using Apple certified parts (I didn’t even know that was a thing. save yourself & don’t make that mistake!). I was crushed! A friend told me about Device Savers and after 2 people looked at it, my new hero Eric saved it and made me the happiest camper ever. And the icing on the cake? It wasn’t a rip off, not by a long shot. Yes they charge a nominal fee to diagnose it (but they are spending their time on it, so it makes sense), but even still with the repair and all once it was said & done was wayyy less than I was fearing it would be! Extremely reasonable rate, honestly it cost me more to have that non-​Apple screen replaced when I was in NYC. Device Savers has a new lifelong customer thanks to Eric. I’m recommending this place to everyone I know as well.

The location I went to is S. Faulkenburg Tampa. I have a JVC tv roku ready only 1 year old. I always thought those (power strips) were ALL surge protectors. Well, When I lost that tv to a storm I looked for help, not thinking it would be fixable but I gave it a try. I found device savers and the reviews were fantastic. Long story short, 2 weeks later I got my TV back in full working condition at a fair price. I will be heading over with an old CPU to take some files off of it next.

Awesome words cannot describe. Dropped my IPad which is protected by a Survivor case and the device landed on the corner and destroyed the screen. My daughter did a quick search and suggested Device Savers to me. Contacted John and immediately took my IPad over and within 2 hours looks like a brand new device. As a construction superintendent my IPad is my life line. Suggest this to anyone with a cracked screen on any type of device. Thanks.

Samsung s5. t-​mobile said with my warranty that I pay $ 10 a month for it would cost me a minimum of $ 175 dollars and days without my phone. ERIC @ BRANDON LOCATION fixed it in under an hour and for a fraction of the cost. He’s the best! Take it to him first, always!!!

These guys are awesome! We had two phones that were damaged in a two week span. Not only did they repair both phones to like new condition, they provided us with a loaner phone, and put on the new screen protectors too. All of this at a great price! I recommend all my friends to these guys, even ones out of state!
