Dunkin’ Donuts

Awful management customer service! I received an extremely sour large dark roast ice coffee from the location off Hillsborough and Memorial. I grabbed a coffee on my way to work, it wasn’t until I drove off that I realized it was bad. With the traffic I didn’t want to turn around, so I stopped at the next location on my way to work. I walked in with my coffee and my receipt and gladly ask if they could switch the coffee, I did not want to refund. The girl says no and then brings over her manager, who I can already tell was extremely friendly. I politely added I do not want a refund I just want to new coffee, she proceeds to tell me sorry. I said «so basically I just spent money on a coffee that I can’t even drink?» She proceeds to tell me «yes.» I have actually revived a bad coffee from Dunkin before and gone to another location and they have no problem swapping it out. For somebody who is in retail management, it shouldn’t matter what location you go to. They should uphold their policy at every location. I will never drink Dunkin’ Donuts again no matter how desperate I am for coffee. I wish I could give no stars.

Normally I get great service. However, today was a little different. I sat at the drive-​through window seven minutes with no response. Drove past the drive-​through window and the employee working was sitting chatting on her cell phone. Poor customer service so I left

Ok first. This DD is located inside the gas station. Very minimal seating, so it’s not going to be like the regular DD’s most people frequent. I will say the service was good for being a super small DD with a drive thru window. It is faster to just get out of the car and walk inside to order.

Went here at 10:30 pm July 14^th, 2014 and only had 7, old, crap doughnuts. SEVEN.
I asked the guy if it was all he had and he replied «yup.»
I then asked when there would be more, to which he replied «I don’t know. Later.»
Unacceptable. Close this location down if you do business this way.

I use this location only because it is handy and the only one on the way to work. It is not a stand alone DD but combined with a Marathon Gas Station. Unfortunately every laborer and sanitation worker in Tampa get their morning coffee here. I’m sure its great for business but its a major pain in the butt for the rest of us trying to get in and out as fast as possible. If you have another DD available use it because this place is a zoo in the AM. Nothing to do with the DD product, that’s fine and the help here is good, they even smile at you! But dealing with the other BS, whew, if the next one wasn’t all the way over on Hillsborough I’d go there. Its a stand alone DD and very sane.

Avoid this Dunkin Donuts at ALL costs. Gave it a second chance after a horrible first encounter in which the staff was so slow. Nope, unfortunately it was not a fluke. This is the slowest ‘fast food’ establishment I have ever been to.
I had to wait 14 minutes to be helped for two coffees. The manager was aimlessly walking throughout the bakery area without helping the drive thru worker, nor the in store worker. 20 minutes for 2 lattes is unacceptable for a fast food chain, and I can’t say I’ll ever go back to this DD again.

This dunkin is inside a gas station at the end of strip club row. It wasn’t the usual clean easy access drive thru that we all expect it was more like an old KFC that’s been around for 20 years. Yuck!

Horrible! Though I love me some Dunkin, this location is routinely the worst in the area for customer service. Waited over 20 min in the drive through for just a coffee!
