It had been a year since I’d gone, because at grand opening the place so was unclean and I thought — this is not a good way to start! You invite people to your home and haven’t prepared. Recently I got some coupons in the mail — so again, was invited to come — but gee they were not ready. There were two cars ahead of me but the wait was bad, very bad — still, I was cool. Then my order came all wrong! I asked for cream and cream was written on the receipt, but when I stopped at the next intersection, realized I’d been given none, also that I was given a donut I certainly had not asked for; I was given like a child’s sprinkle donut. I had no time to turn around and go back. I paid for nothing — how can it be anything when it is not what you asked for? So This operation is just not well done.

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. It’s only footsteps away from where I work but I dread going there when I need a coffee fix. They never get orders right or they take so long to do the simplest tasks. Most of the employees that I’ve encountered their act like they wish they were somewhere else. Hopefully management will do something about this problem and rectify the situation
