Go elsewhere! This doctor violated my rights by speaking of me with other doctors in his building as well as with a previous doctor I had seen without my consent, Never once did he follow up with me except In the form of paypal bills. He bills for everything possible; even for calling in a refill. He terminated me when I refused to pay for a refill and cancelled my next visit. I had already paid him close to $ 600 in a one month period. His advice was very off and it seemed as though he was a bit too invasive; asking for full names, location, and employment of my family members and anyone we discussed. His assumptions and advice were totally off. I left each visit disappointed and more stressed. There are plenty of GOOD doctors in Tampa. Do not waste your time on this person. He has a bad reputation for a reason and a bad criminal record which anyone can obtain by simply googling his name. If you want a doctor with an attitude problem, then Dr. Edgar is your guy!
