I didn’t have a good experience here. The gentleman who did my «manicure» let my nails soak for approximately 5 seconds before tugging at my cuticles with a dull cuticle clipper. He cut one of them so badly I had to wear a bandaid. My cuticles looked worse than when I went in! He also didn’t use any cuticle oil or lotion of any kind. The massage chairs are older and don’t have very many settings, so if you don’t like the way it feels, your only option is to turn it off. The polish on both my fingers toes was layered on so thick that I had a smudge on my toenail 5HOURS after I left and the polish on my fingers peeled off after one shower. I will not be returning.

I agree with the other reviewer, this place seemed clean and the staff was very friendly, even gave me a nice pen on the way out. The technician did a pretty job on my pedicure. However, the reason I gave it three stars is the nail polish selection. They have very few OPI colors and what they did have seemed very old and thinned out. I think they add the polish thinner to last longer and as such, the polish did not stay on my nails for very long; it chipped off quickly. The non-OPI colors were some brand I had never heard of, and they weren’t great colors. I did not see any Essie. Additionally, it was completely dead in there, not a soul, and it is in a bad location, in a run-down strip mall, that’s a little tricky to find. It’s technically on a side street, not W. Hillsborough.
