Not impressed by the staff at all, the receptionist was rude to everyone that came in the office. The 2 drs I saw though were very nice and helpful. I would recommend this practice and that the receptionist take a class on how to treat people kindly and to show some respect.
The insurance person, Phyllis, was wonderful and very thorough. It was a pleasure to interact with someone who knows their job.
