Came in for a routine eye exam and waited no longer than 10min… At FIRST! After they dilated my eyes I was sent to sit in the waiting room until the drops took effect. She called another patient back and was in there for over 45 min with them while I was stuck sitting in the waiting room not being able to read or see much of anything because of the dilation. I informed the receptionist that I was going to be late for class if I had to wait anymore but she informed me that it wouldn’t be much longer. After another 15 min passed the Dr finally came out with the patient she skipped me to see. They were talking about puppies!!! I had to sit in the waiting room for an hour with dilated eyes and miss my class, while they talked about puppies!!! Don’t go here unless you are prepared to wait 2 hours for a routine eye exam. Very unprofessional.
