This bank is awful, they literally stole money out of my account. I got charged 3 separate insufficient funds fees for one transaction that was not even my fault totaling $ 96.00 which they refused to refund and claimed it wasn’t their fault or problem. After entering my bank account info to pay my credit card they used my savings not my checking, even though I entered it correctly. There was plenty of money in my account in to cover the transaction. Then after being threatened by a branch manager, they closed my account and kept what money was left in the account. This bank is a bunch of thieves. Not to mention absolutely the worst customer service out there, with zero regard for their customers, at best there is always a 30 minute wait to speak to someone in the customer service dept. The banks are horribly understaffed, the bankers are largely incompetent and give false information to customers. They also make you call in and speak with a rep. for any refunds on your credit/​debit card otherwise the money will never go back into your account; even then it takes up to 2 weeks to get the money when refunded. Wells fargo, Bank America and Chase are much better to deal with and the customers service actually answers the phone and takes care of their customers. I would highly advise anyone to stay away from this bank unless you want money stolen from you.
