Do whatever you can to find another way to get glasses. I got the run around less than 10 minutes ago from Frieda. I paid for my glasses last Saturday 12⁄12($ 263AFTER a Groupon was applied) I was informed(12⁄21) that the lab broke the frames(this morning after I called for an update) and I would not be getting my glasses until«best case scenario» Wednesday 12⁄23. If I had not called this morning, who knows how long this lab breakage issue would have gone unaddressed. I’m not stupid enough to think that my glasses will be done two days before Christmas so looks like I will be walking around with a scratched lens until at least 12÷28−12÷29. I got a condescending«I’m really sorry», so I guess that counts for something? Yeah, right. Heed the rest of the reviews it’s not coincidence
