Just had some of the worst customer service this holiday season. If you see the girl with copper ombré hair… Wait for the next cashier. Rude, rude, rude and horrible attitude. Her name is Jasmine.

Meh. I use to love this store, but now u can tell the prices went up and the quality has gone down. I swear, my dish rags have more durability then the stuff here. I will still look around. I’ll go to the back first for clearances. Again, those are usually a joke. They also have accessories, make up, gift items, sleepware, and undergarments. Men’s clothes too. One day, I’m bound to find something decent. Maybe a nice dish rag!

I endorse the pricing, sourcing, variety and fashions offered here. There are stylish duds and fun wearables. It’s mostly for sexy chicks but they do have a section of men’s clothes as well. It’s a pretty large store and can feel a little overwhelming, so pick a section and hit it hard. I like that they offered some pretty avant garde and cutting edgy looks. I like to stay super hip and fresh. They also have some fun ironic and playful gear. I liked that not everything was made in China. I also liked that the products are reasonably priced, employees are very helpful and friendly, and that the variety of offerings is pretty wide. Maybe not the best place for basics, but live it up. No matter how many birthdays you’ve had, and I’ve celebrated a few, be Forever 21.

I love that Forever 21 expanded it’s Plus Size section. Not all of us are skinny girls. We need fashion options too! :) The staff here is super friendly and they’ve always helped me out when I’ve asked. The young man who helped me on my last visit went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated! Some people assume that is a Juniors only store or for people in their 20’s. I am far past that age and still find things that fit nicely. I’m not into that«age appropriate» marker for fashion. Be like Betsy Johnson! Wear whatever makes you happy. That woman is in her 70’s and still rocks a tutu. Way to be! :)

Although this forever XXI is big and pretty good selection clothes-wise, i still prefer Westfield Countryside Forever 21 because of better customer service. The forever XXI in International Bay ignored this customer… i was verifying to see if they had the black suede tie-up wedge booty that wasn’t in size 9 at Westfield Countryside and i was left on hold for 30 min. They were just suppose to check if they had it in stock. I ended up just arriving there to then have the employee tell me she tried to get back to me but that i had hung up ??? NO… i was on hold up to the point that i showed her i was on hold still. Anyways, shoes weren’t there :(If i were in tampa and stopped by this mall, Forever XXI and H&M are the few go –to stores i could go. My advice is that they improve in customer service.

I’m not sure why it’s named Forever XXI instead of what everyone knows the store to be as, Forever 21, but it is what it is. So I hope if you were looking for Forever 21 in the Tampa area, my review comes up so you aren’t confused to thinking this is a different store. I read another Unilocal review regarding the International Mall which this store is located in on the first floor and was interested in coming to check it out since the other reviewer said that this store was huge and carried a lot of tester merchandise and more items than in a normal, smaller store. Being that I love to check out what this chain store does from time to time, I coulldn’t wait to check out this one. The store space is really big. It was as if their extensive multiple design lines from their website came to life in this one store. They have a men’s section on the left and then the rest of the 80% is for women. They seemed to carry a lot of their lines there, the newer circus one, they have a section in the back right for the plus sized lady, they have the vintage looking line from LA, but I’m not sure if I saw the newer line dedicated to the older working class lady or the heritage line. I didn’t find anything there today to buy, although I was ready to drop some cash. I think maybe I’m just not into the trend they are supplying currently: super short floral strapless dresses, plaid everything, skinny jeans, 80s punk rocker and sequins, and bold printed floral cardigans. Or maybe I’m just getting out of my Forever 12 phase and into what my mom always said«Quality over quantity.» Either way, it was a cool experience to see this type of store. Having just been into my local F21 store 2 weeks ago, I saw some similar items, but also some items my store didn’t carry, I would assume these to be part of the tester group. Lots of gals including many teens and even kinda many cougars, were carrying the hot pink Forever XXI plastic bag around the mall so I’m sure the store makes a killing in this newish mall that was packed for a weekend day.
