Fries Above

This is a Seminole Hwights based fries truck. They serve a heaping portion of fries in a Chinese food to-​go box and offer various gourmet sauces.
I tried the curry ketchup, a mustard sauce and a «campfire» sauce. The fries were too salty for me (they need either less salt or thicker fries). Theu were also a touch soggy for my liking. But I like the concept and they are new so I know they will refine the craft and come up with some perfected versions. Cheese toppings, melted,.queso fresca, feta, wtc. woukd also be fun. :)
