Terrible customer service. If you call them will always get a voicemail and then left at the mercy of them returning your call within 24 business hours. The operator is not helpful either. There’s no such thing as urgent matters there.

Plenty of other reputable management companies in the Tampa area. I highly recommend you shop around before committing your condo complex to this firm. Our condo complex has been w them for the last ten years and the majority of the owners want them out. For some reason we can’t get rid of them. I think we have a life time contract. I’m selling my condo because this firm manages it.
