This pool service came out to rebuild our filter. They charged money and collected over the phone before the visit. The pool was clean for one day. When we called to ask why, they said there was grit in the pool. We asked our local Pinch a Penny to speak to this person. Gulf to Bay let them know that we had holes in our filter. At no time were we told that there were holes in our filter. If we would have know this, we would have had the filter replaced instead of rebuilt. This service person undoubtedly wanted to collect money to perform the parts free service. I am sure the profit margin would not have been the same for the correct repair.
