Went gasparilla night, five dollars a head the sign said, and we were told it was ten dollars a head at the hostess’s stand. We then pulled out the correct amount of money, and the hostess looked at us,(us being two women who are 50+) and said vulgar and profanity words not allowing us to sit and eat. There was a police officer near, and agreed with us regarding their behavior. I would hope being a bar owner myself, that someone would let me know the first impression of my establishment that those two girls at the hostess stand gave. If that were me, I would want to know. Kind Regards.

This is a very popular lunch place for the downtown crowd. The wings, burgers and salads are all very good. If you want a seat, make sure to arrive before noon. There are daily specials. The food is amply sized and flavorful.

Amazing food and amazing atmosphere! One of the best sports bars I’ve been to! If you decide to enjoy this place be sure to request to be seated in Sharkey’s section! She is one of the best waitress’ I’ve had the pleasure of serving us! She is quick, happy, fun and responsive! Hat Tricks, hang on to her! We had Nic’s Famous Italian Egg Rolls, mozzarella sticks, Pig Wings and The Cuban and Burger! All were fantastic!

This place has the best wings in downtown. Try shake and bake IRA without breading and be prepared for buffalo delight! They have assortments of clubs sandwiches and other tavern specialities too. It gets quite busy, so expect if there is ANY event in all of downtown, its standing room only. And lastly. as a great sports bar may suggest, expect to see great local talent behind the bar and on the floor. Also expect to leave smelling like fried chicken wings.

Best wings in Tampa! I like to consider myself a wing aficionado. I take them very seriously. If I’m in the mood for wings in Tampa, this is my go-to. There is no sacrifice for quality and they give some serious quantity at the same time. They are just full wings with an awesome flavor. They do them a couple different ways and have a variety of sauces. The atmosphere of the place is also awesome. Great place to watch any sporting event, especially Lightning games! Can get seriously busy during big sporting events so get there a bit early. If you’re not going during a big sporting event, you should be more than fine. If you haven’t gone, go and get some wings!

This place is awful, utterly and completely awful. I understand that bar food is not supposed to be amazing, but it should at least be edible. My wrap was cold, microscopic(cut into three little wedges… who does that?) and salty as heck. Everything smelled like beer and sweat. The final straw was the price, at which point I nearly walked out. I payed 27 $ for inedible food, will never return and will advise others to avoid.

I ate here twice on a trip to Tampa for the Outback Bowl… The first night we had to come back later due to a hockey game crowd but it was worth coming back for! Great sports bar scene, great service, & delicious food! The first time I had the chicken pesto sandwich which was on special. The second time the Asian chicken salad… I would definitely recommend if you’re in downtown Tampa!

Worst experience ever! The customer service all around at this place was horrible. During our time in Tampa a group us walked from the convention center to this restaurant for lunch. We were seated right away drinks were given but it took so long for our food. Half of our party received their food first the waitress was unapologetic. Some us told them to cancel our order because we had to be back to the convention center. Ones that got their food the food was cold and they did not eat. Their food took 45 minutes. It was the worst experience in Tampa.

$ 2.00 beers and $ 0.75 wings for happy hour! If that doesn’t get you out of the house then I don’t know what will! I always get the regular messy wings, however, I have heard many great things about the shake and bake wings which has me wondering whether or not I should change my routine. Though at the moment the regular messy seem to do the trick whenever I am in the wing mood. Service is always great not matter how busy this place gets(*cough* game days). Please make your way down, downtown for a great time.

Really cool early 1900’s place. It looks like an old brick warehouse that was converted to a Sports Bar, and Tampa is a Hockey Town, so this place is TB Lighting Central. So the vibe here has a very strong old-time British pub feel, with wood tables, wood, floor, a huge wood bar, wood wood wood… and that brick and duct look. Very cool. Mix that in with the Hockey memorabilia all over, and flat screen TVs absolutely everywhere, and you have one very cool place to watch the game! As for the food, we heard their wings were great, so we went with big order of shake and bake wings and a Greek Salad(and beer, of course). The wings were fantastic. They reminded me of Hooter’s wings, except they were not fried(Bonus!!!). The salad was great as well, and the service was excellent. We’re really happy to have a place like this in town!

Hattricks is your consummate downtown British style. sports bar. TVs. Delcious wings. Even more so during happy hour. Busy. Loud. Somewhat cramped but fun. If you can’t find a seat you might also like Yeoman’s which is walking distance away. Go Bolts, Bucs, Jets, Mets, Rangers and Kellen Moore.

Enjoyed Hattricks! Three of us came in for lunch. Service was good — checked on us several times and drinks refills kept coming. The food was typical sports bar fare, probably a bit better than most places. Lots of TVs all around with plenty of sports options. Nicely priced. I’d stop in again when in the area.

Great Sports Bar. AWESOME wings, definitely go for the shake-bake. great philly sandwiches and burgers. tons of beer options and of course a solid place to watch the game. This should be MY favorite place(being a sports fan in my late 20’s) however my girlfriend likes it even more simply because of their great wings.

Everything here is great. Food, drinks, TV’s, and atmosphere. The only downside is it gets really crowded. But everything is worth it. There is no hostess so find ur seat!

When here on a Friday night well in downtown Tampa. This place is located on Franklin Street in a converted old brick building. When we walked inside it was crowded and almost all the tables were occupied. We were lucky enough to find one in the front corner. The environment was very casual and they were TVs on every wall everywhere with sports games on. This place has a full bar and serves mostly bar food. I had the meatball sub with fries here and tried some of the shepherds pie(ordered by someone else) they were both good and so are the drinks. Tableservice was relatively slow as they were a little understaffed this night only having two people for the entire area serving tables. They were at least friendly and apologetic about it. Hope to possibly try this place again when there is more staff though.

Hattrick’s is one of my favorite sports bars in Tampa. Cheap drinks, ice cold beer, and killer wings. They have a happy hour deal on wings too! I’ve always had good service, there is usually street parking available nearby, and there are tons of TVs to catch a game. Hattrick’s has everything you could want in a sports bar. Don’t bother going anywhere else. Wings, beer, laid back atmosphere… you’re good to go!

Came here on a random night which just so happened to be right after the lightning game. Detroit just kicked our arse so there were many jubilant Red Wings fans in the house yukking it up and rubbing it in to the local patrons of the bar. After game night this place can easily be rocking full of people with only inches to spare as you try and make your way to the tables & bar. They unfortuately didnt have any drink specials which was kind of a bummer but its ok. For watching the big game, this is a great place as there are flat screens in every direction. They also have various sports & hockey memorabilia from all the local teams which is a cool touch. Just make sure you have a great seat/table otherwise you may be constantly pushed through out the night by the hordes of people trying to make their way to the bar or the back of the restaurant to get to the bathrooms.

I give Hattricks 5 stars. Why? The service is great and the wings are amazing! Yulia was very patient with us while we waited for happy hour to start at the bar on a Wednesday and gave us water. This must happen often? Happy hour consists of beer bucket specials, 2−4−1 premium well drinks, $ 3 house wines, and $.75 wings. It is a lot smaller inside than it looks. I have hear it gets packed on Lightning game days so I would come early. Happy hour is a great young professional crowd and isn’t too busy. Perfect. Back to the wings. They offer 2 styles: «wet» wings, or «Shake N Bake» wings. The Shake N Bake are baked after they are fried so the sauce bakes into the wing. I prefer lots of sauce so I got the BBQ and Lightning sauces mixed. Heavenly. I am a wing snob, and THESEAREAWESOME! I will cross the bridge for this place. I love it!
