Healthy Reflex

I’m new to the Tampa area, and I had to find a good massage therapist. I found this on Unilocal and was able to get in last minute. My therapist Tina was great, I found a new place to call home. I purchased the 90 minute massage with hot stone and reflexology it goes for $ 60.00.
Best massage ever had in my life!!!

Went here a few weeks ago with some friends and had a super amazing foot rub! Andy did great and I def can’t wait to be back to see him. Only downfall is that I wish they had more staff, I like to go with groups of friends about 5 – 6 and they only have 3 people working there.

I went to Healthy Reflex with my bestie this weekend and walked out feeling like I had just came as close to heaven that is possible on earth.
Susan was the wonderful lady who took care of me and I will make sure that I request her everytime because her hands where magic.
Not only did I have the best foot message known to my feet, but I was pleasantly surprised when she started with a scalp message, worked her way to my shoulders, then my arms and hands before she even started on my feet. I caught myself snoring once and was told by my partner in crime that I snored a few more times before it was all said and done.
I have had reflexology done once before and thought it was a great experience, but it did not measure up to my experience here at Healthy Reflex.
I plan on making this a monthly ritual.

My husband and I had a 60 min foot massage. I realIy like their hot stones. We will definitely come back to this place. Highly recommended.

Being from NY, we’ve been to many American and Chinese massage places there and found that many American places in Tampa cost an arm and a leg and aren’t even good. We work out and get massages often, so good for us = deep tissue relaxing the muscles.
We called in advance to check availability and came on a Friday evening with no problem. I recommend calling in advance and making an appointment just to give them the heads up.
When you get there the front room is the register, the back room is open with several beds for feet massages, and then there are a few private rooms for body massage. The massage place is very clean and the staff is friendly.
We had the 60 min massage + 30 min foot soak/​massage for $ 60pp (not sure if this is a limited of time special). They also have a deal for $ 200 for 4 hours, so $ 50/​1hr massage. Which is great.
Jessica used the perfect amount of strength (a lot of times places don’t really give «deep tissue») and hit many pressure points. I had a knot in my neck and she got it out. My husband was happy with Anna as well. And Mark was great for the feet massage.
Healthy Reflex was affordable and good so we’ll definitely be back there.
And another bonus, it’s right next door to Saigon Deli so if you go in the day you can go eat next door.

Brought my mom and sister here for my mom’s birthday. We had a great experience. This place was very clean and modern. We got in for same day appointments and the prices were really low.

ANDY IS AMAZING!!! I walked-​in for the first time, expecting to get a mediocre/​average massage… but to my great surprise… Andy hit every tense spot and pressure point. He actually worked hard giving me a deep tissue massage and utilized every minute. I also got the hot stones with my massage, which was awesome!!! Andy did not waste any time and was completely professional. I got the 90 minute combo (60 minutes full body & 30 minutes foot reflexology) and I felt soooo relaxed afterwards. You should definitely check it out and ask for Andy!!!
The entire staff was nice and the place was very clean and fashionably decorated.

The value and quality of massage, facility and therapist are absolutely Awesome! … Will definitely do this again and «Highly» recommend.

I’ve recently found this place to take my mom for a massage. She has loved all 3 experience. I started to take my aunt as well. This place does a great job targeting the tension spots. The masseuses are strong, so they provide excellent deep tissue massage!

My boyfriend and I booked a couples massage, got a discount for 1 hour @ 100 $ for the both of us. They had beams in the ceiling to walk on your back, which was a cool 1^st time experience. For the massage portion, they wore gloves which you can’t really tell but can hear sometimes. It ended w hot stones and a wipe down with a hot towel. They spoke Chinese at certain points but it was nothing unprofessional. I had asked for more attention on a couple trigger points in my neck and I heard my lady ask the other what trigger points were in Chinese.
My only critique is a couple times it felt like she was pushing her heal into the center on my spine. I don’t think you should do that no matter how light you are, especially in the low spine.

My husband gave me a gift certificate to get a massage at Massage Star. It was very relaxing and the people there are nice too.
I plan on going back again.

I just walked in today on the chance that someone would be available for reflexology. At first there was a little confusion about the service and price but ‘foot massage’ seemed to clear that up! I prepaid the $ 25 and added $ 5 tip for the 30 minute session. Jessica led me back to a clean nicely furnished quiet room with piped in music. I lay face up on the table with a pillow under my head.
Now I should mention that I am a massage therapist and have received reflexology before as well as studied it. This experience landed somewhere between foot massage w pressure and real reflexology. The routine was designed to hit all the spots but perhaps more pressure should have been applied. And no I didn’t ask, as I should have. I was not at this time looking for therapy for any condition just wanted to relax everything without getting undressed.
I enjoyed it, will probably be back maybe with more precise instructions. I notice they also do Ashiatsu and Thai massage along with traditional massage so will have to check those out too!

Sweet Chinese ladies with very strong hands and pretty good english.
I came in with horrible back pain and left feeling like I was floating !
Clean place and very professional!
