I will not be back here anymore. The employees could use some training in customer service, this is one of my favorite brands to buy shirts. I was looking for a certain shirt I found on my phone and was trying to pull it up, and an employee comes up to me and gives me a smart comment about my empty drink. No hey how are you doing or is there anything you are looking for? They just lost out on a customer. I’ll take my business somewhere else.

When I first went to this Hugo Boss location in 2006 the sales associate, Angel, was amazing. I went for a visit yesterday, and the customer service just seemed to really suck. They were more concerned with making a sale than actually giving me a customer service experience. I bought a shirt the first day, and went back yesterday to view underwear and inquire about items I saw on the company website. Even if I am only purchasing underwear, please give me the same amount of attention and respect as if I spent $ 2,000 for a suit. Everyone knows people buy b/c they like the salesperson. I probably would have purchased more than underwear if my presence actually meant something. One young lady, however, was happy to help. I do understand she was busy with other customers, but at least she took a moment to meet my needs. When I requested a business card, no one wanted to give me one. Great selection of clothing, but I will take my business to another Hugo Boss location like LA, Atlanta, or Miami… translation REAL cities… lol!
