New management, won’t honor their own coupons. They ran out of ingredients. Poor business model, we won’t return to this location.

This is the worst service of any JM subs I have been to, across the country. Plus, the employees were smoking in the back, as I could smell it near the drink counter. My #42 I usually get was not as good as other JM’s. I will not be back to this location… Terrible and unacceptable!!! Also, the employee who took my order had better things to do like text on his phone. Worst location out of many JM I have been too…

Jersey Mike’s on south Dale Mabry makes the best 2 minute cheese steak sub. Ever. They’re super friendly people and there’s football on the TV(when in season). They also consistently mail out BOGO coups. Done deal.

This place is not terrible(although it’s floor does look dirty) but I don’t see why anyone in South Tampa would go here when Wright’s Deli is 300 feet down the road.

By far the best sandwich place I have been to. Friendliest staff and amazing sandwiches. This is the best Jersey Mike’s I have ever been to, and I have visited quite a few!!!

There is so much competition in the sandwich business these days. Which means some good place tends to get a little lost in the shuffle when choosing a spot for a quick lunch. For me, Jersey Mike’s has become that place. This was my first visit in over a year and I think it helped me understand why I do not visit more often. First, I don’t think they offer great value. The same size wrap that I ordered on this visit was 25% more expensive than one at another quality sandwich place that is closer to home. Also, other sandwich places that have comparable prices offer a side item or free drink with a completed online survey from previous receipts. Second, there simply aren’t a lot of ways to customize your sandwich here. While the toppings offered are clearly fresh, there are just not enough of them for my taste. Let me stress that every employee here was top notch and the location was exceptionally clean. I just don’t think I will ever be a regular here based on the many other sandwich options available in the area.

** Good subs, not great, and certainly not«unique» in my book. I like that they slice meats and cheeses freshly right when you order. Their subs have the potential to be great, but I’m afraid not. ** great staff, always cheerful, quick, and friendly. It’s a shame their food doesn’t match the enthusiasm of the staff making them.

This place provided excellent sandwiches for our last Unilocal event at the Golfers Grail(Hole in One event). I had the Italian sandwiches with their spicy sauce and they were great. My wife had the turkey and provolone and she was very satisfied with it as well. I have another one of these close to my house, but think I would come back to this one, after tasting the food from the event. You can’t go wrong with a good sandwich!!!

Jersey Mike’s subs really are delicious. I don’t really ever crave subs, but these sandwiches really are unique from Firehouse, Lenny’s, Subway(of course!), etc. The bf loves this place, and I always split a Club with him. The subs are ginormous! The bread is so fresh and flavorful. Regular white bread has a tasty seasoning on it. All the deli meats and cheeses are definitely fresher than any other place I’ve been. Albeit the food, the staff here is super friendly! A genuine, feel good vibe from everyone there. The restaurant is very clean. I love the pictures on the walls. Sign up for coupons.

Second visit ever to Jersey Mike’s Subs after having first tried it in Tallahassee. The Chipotle Philly Cheese sandwich was outstanding, absolutely delicious. It was a big generous portion, and two regulars, with chips and drinks, came to just under $ 20. Not bad for such a delicious sandwich. What really set this Jersey Mike’s apart was a friendly staff. The owner or manager manning the cash register seemed legitimately interested in providing top-notch, friendly customer service. If you haven’t tried Jersey Mike’s before, it is a great sandwich and worth checking out, and this outlet, in particular, is worthy of a visit because of the exemplary customer service and clean facility.

The service here is great! I know it’s a simple sandwich shop but the guys here and super friendly and silly! They are about making your day they want to see you smile. I like that. Don’t mention the«S» word there lol! They act like you cursed in front of them. I’m excited that they carve the meat and cheese in front of you fresh.

I go here probably once a week for lunch. This is definitely my favorite sub shop, but besides the yummy, fresh-made sandwiches, I love the staff here. They are so friendly and are always sure to ask how your day is going while they freshly slice your meat. It makes a nice difference. If you sign up for their free rewards card, you get text messages with special deals like free chips and a drink with your purchase, etc.

In general, chain sub shops are usually quite unimpressive. The meats can be squirrely, and the bread usually has a cotton candy texture, with zero crust or chew. This new Jersey Mike’s outpost is above-average, as chain sub shops go. The bread is baked on premises. It’s not going to win any awards, but at least it has a visible crust and its texture gives you a little something to chew on. This chain’s claim to fame is that it slices the meats to order. They are above-average meats. Much better than the horrid stuff you find at Subways. I ordered the No. 13, which the manager said is the most popular. It’s a standard Italian deli meat sub, but the portions are pretty generous. The toppings are typical lettuce and tomato, with provolone cheese. The oil and vinegar are a must for a semblance of authentic deli flavor. The subs all run around $ 8 which is not cheap for a lunch meat sandwich. However, the quality makes it worthwhile if you are in the mood for this kind of thing.
