Showed up at 1015. Door is locked and The girl sees me from behind the counter, But does her best to avoid eye contact. So I have to actually knock on the door to get her to a knowledge me, and she comes over and opens the door. I asked if they were open and she said not yet, I still have to set up my food. I then asked her don’t you open at 10AM? She said well, not really we open when I’m ready. So I asked when are you going to be ready? She answers when I’m ready. I guess they really don’t care about serving customers, only accommodating their own schedule. I left, and went to Panera bread where they do care about their customers.

You guys need to pick up your game. At Cigar City and ordered a couple sandwiches for delivery. We had to wait just over an hour for delivery and you guys are minutes away. We were almost ready to call you and cancel the order when your delivery person showed up. Freaky fast, my butt.

The only reason I order Jimmie Johns is for their delivery. If you want a good sub then go to Publix. WAYBETTER! With that, I ordered Jimmy johns and the delivery wait was over 45MINUTES!!! they pride themselves on freaky fast food. I attempted to order again the other day m and it was another 45 minutes. The manager said that the fast delivery service is for lunch time, not dinner. She blamed labor costs. Guess the district manager or owner only cares about profit margins and not service. SAVEYOURSELF! Go get a pizza or publix sub.

Normally Jimmy’s does a really nice job and the food is great. Tonight was the exception. Out of town at a business function I ordered take out. The person on the phone mentioned a delay of about 30 mins, no problem. An hour later I call back and the driver has just left. 20 minutes later the driver is calling me saying he’s lost. Unilocal says the location is .7 miles away, really? Another 15 minutes the food shows up. It was not what I expect from typically Jimmy’s experiences. But in defense of the food, it could have been made 2 hours before when I ordered. In defense of the driver, the person I ordered with keyed the wrong address and he was very apologetic. Comping the food would have been nice, I didn’t ask. I hope you have better luck than me. This doesn’t change my overall high rating of the company.

I had pretty good sandiches, but the last time there the employee wiped his face with his hands them proceeded to make our sandwiches, just too gross. If this is how they teach people to service, I will not return,.

Ordered 4 subs for delivery. Unfortunately, 1 of the subs I received was wrong. The receipt was right, which means they just put the wrong one in the bag. Now, I’m a reasonable person; I normally would’ve just shrugged it off and eaten it. However, this sub was for my guest so I called to have it replaced. The replacement arrived in no time. I live in a gated complex so I always have to walk down to meet the delivery people. When I met him, he asked that I return the incorrect sub. I actually thought he was joking at first. Really? You want the opened sub back? You don’t know me; I could have done anything to that sub. I told him I already opened it to check it. Regardless, he insisted that I return it so the manager could verify that they actually made a mistake. Really? I could maybe understand if I’ve tried to pull this trick a few times. But who goes out of their way to rip off a restaurant for a $ 6 sub? Do you know how many steps I have to walk to do that? Do you realize how many minutes of Netflix-binging that would rob me of? He literally followed me back to my apartment so I could grab it from my counter and give it to him. It’s interesting. They never deliver to my door, but they’re willing to walk the distance to retrieve used food.

They have the most clueless people working the register EVERYTIME I’m there. I would ask a simple question and the response is always«I don’t know» or «I don’t know how to do that» you would think they would ask. Other than that I do like their subs.

They make your sub very quickly and have a nice selection. You can be in and out in a matter of minutes when you need a quick bite to eat. If you don’t want the bread you can get your sandwich as a lettuce wrap also.

Always fast and delicious. I’ve had just about every sub on the menu and everything is great. If you want a good sub on the cheap, go here. Enough said.

I am giving this place two stars because my first couple of experiences were decent. It is the most recent visit that sticks in my mind though. I ordered a the Beach Club with turkey, cheese, avocado spread, cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, sprouts and mayo. The bread is fresh and tasty. I brought my sandwich back to my office to eat for lunch. After a couple of bites I noticed a clear substance on the turkey part of the sandwich. I thought it might have been a piece of plastic(these things happen occasionally). When I looked closer at the rest of the sandwich, I saw that the clear substance(kind of like a jello consistency) was all around the edge of the turkey. It was not plastic. I could not get it off. My best guess is that it was a fatty substance that jello-fied around the sliced turkey. It was beyond disgusting. That was the end of that lunch. I will not return. Stinks because they seemed like a good place and an alternative to other fast sandwich shops and they deliver. Wish I hadn’t had that experience.
