Having been through the depths of hell with Bank of America on my last closing, I was skeptical this time around using a small company i’ve never heard of, like 14 days to Close. I was going to give wells fargo a shot and came across jordan’s profile while doing a search online. I read his reviews here on Unilocal and also on zillow and pretty much crossed my fingers that there would be some validity to all the praise.
I dont remember each team member’s task, but having heard from Scott, OJ, Cara, and Tami during my loan processing i can say i’ve never been more informed. I spoke with Jordan a little bit up front and more-​so in depth near the end. We exchanged text messages throughout, albeit sometimes well beyond normal business hours. He was available and insightful. Ever the skeptic, i thought the whole fast closing thing was gimmick yet in this case i was happily wrong.
Whether it’s your first home or you are seasoned vet at the home buying process, i think you will enjoy the effort from jordan’s group to overachieve. The reviews here are absolutely spot on. In addition, i was given an outstanding realtor referral and financial advisor referral from Jordan. He’s plugged into a good network.
Kudos to the art gallery office set up. Local artists must love you guys as much as your Unilocal reviewers. Overall, my experience in any otherwise tumultuous process was great. Jordan’s a pro!
