I am sitting in the waiting room right now! I asked to use the restroom and the lady at the front desk told me it was out of order! How is the restroom out of order at a doctors office???
Everything is very dirty! Not a sterile environment!

The doctor here is awesome. I came in with a hurt toe and I was not sure if anything could be done to help me. It was a first time visit so I filled out new paperwork which was fast and easy. They accept my insurance and most insurances that I know of. There was little to no wait and the doctor took his time and made sure everything was taken care of.

Stay far away! Not even worth one star. Staff is incompetent and unfriendly.
Dr. Ghasemi’s wife is wonderful but the other staff leaves very much to be desired. I called for an appointment on Tuesday and was told I could walk in. I did and saw the doctor that morning. Due to my issue I was told to come back in a day or two and I would not be charged for the visit. When I returned Thursday morning, I was told that I would have to pay $ 50 more for the follow up. I told the lady at the front desk that I was told that I would not be charged. She wanted to argue with me. I cancelled my later appointment and all the front desk said was «okay».

Call ahead otherwise you will wait for a bit. Staff is friendly and helpful. Aside form the wait, it was a generally a good experience, and if you need to see a doctor that day, and live close to downtown South Tampa, I would recommend them for your last minute medical needs.
