The chicken wings were so scrawny. It was hard to call them wings. Those five wings(pictured) and a cup of corn and soda was about $ 7.00. This was so not worth it, but it was so close to Macy’s at University and I was starving, but I will not be returning

While the chicken always tastes good, the big downer here is service. They are very slow and it usually seems that 1 person is doing everything while 3 or 4 other employees are in the back socializing.

Just had to chime in and say, yeah, this place sucks. Waited for over half an hour for food and still got the wrong order. The staff was horrible, the food was terrible and, above all else, the wait was atrocious. STAYAWAY!

Much like Pablo C, I’ve dealt with 20 – 30 minute waits in both the drive-thru and the walk-in restaurant, incredibly wrong orders, and the most impressively awful staff I’ve ever encountered in any restaurant. Do yourself a favor and go just a little further down the road to University Square, where there’s a plethora of great restaurants.

Its hard to write this review. I’m a big fan and always was of KFC’s delicious chicken and seasoned fries until I started coming here. After the fourth horrible experience, I gave up. The staff here is very, very slow. Every time I come there is a very long line and/or I’m first in line and get my food 20 minutes later, with the order usually being wrong. One time, I’m being dead serious folks, the cashier asked me to stop the voices that were bothering her and proceeded to yell at the empty place next to me. I got freaked out and avoided the place for months. I made a mistake and came back to find the lobby closed at 3:30 in the afternoon. After looking for a sign or anyone to explain, a lady came out and said the lobby was closed since«we don’t have that much food» and asked if we wanted to use the drive thru. What? Please, avoid this location like the plague, it just isn’t worth it.
