So far, so good. My Lizard Juice experiences have been great so far. Shannon was very knowledgeable and sweet. I will be a return customer. Great selection in unique flavor vape juice. As far as the 8:03 experience on the previous review… That’s what happens when you go to a store that closes at 8:00. I’ve seen businesses that close at 8, or whatever time, get there at 10 minutes to close and they’re closed. Too petty of a subject to even bring up. IMO

Was really excited to hear there was a Lizard Juice near my apartment. Called lizard juice at 7:50 to ask where they were located and Shannon told me and I responded, «thank you see you soon». Get there at 8:03 to find out they closed at 8. Thanks a lot Shannon for the poor business in giving me the heads up that you closed in 10 minutes. Bad business. Will go to the one in Brandon from now on.

Lizard Juice was my first stop when I started vaping and I have to give them credit for being a part of my experience giving up cigarettes. However, I have to say that I’ve learned a lot in 2 months and realized I won’t do business with them again. For starters, each location prices things differently. A single coil on Kennedy location is $ 5…on 60 in Brandon, they are $ 3. Both are very high(you can find 5 coils for $ 5 – 7 online). Also, coupons issued at one location aren’t valid at another. At the Kennedy location(who issued a 20% off coupon to me) I was told I couldn’t use it when I bought the 2 for $ 20 juice deal. Nevermind that even their«deal» of $ 10 for a 12ml bottle of juice is high. On one instance, I bought a new coil and installed it then filled my tank. Let it sit for 10 minutes and started vaping. I noticed a strong burnt taste but kept vaping assuming it would go away. It didn’t and my throat was hurting the next morning. I went into the store, and they said I should have let it sit for 30 minutes(load of crap) and proceeded to charge me $ 5 more for another coil. I can understand the need to charger higher prices in a brick and mortar store versus online. I really do and I want to support local business. However, when you mark items up to ridiculous amounts and take advantage of the new people getting into vaping… I don’t think that is good business. It’s gouging. The straw that broke the camel’s back was last week. I received an e-mail on September 11th that they were having a special and that all juices were $ 9.11 for the day. Really. How classless and tasteless is a stunt like that? Trying to profit and gain customers from a tragedy that is still fresh in the minds of American’s today, pathetic business move.
