do not go to citrus location to get makeup done. crap show. if you want to look like mimi from drew carey you will get that look at citrus. then after i expressed that ii did not like it i was told «your expectations are to high…» ummm yea. this is mac right? unreal. will never even buy mac makeup anymore bc of how poorly they applied it and then acted like it was somehow my fault. i had a woman named bobbi. shes not good. seriously. do not let her touch you.

horrible customer service.
poor stock of lipsticks — 8 or 9 of the ones i picked were out of stock (for good)
4 staff were focused on two teenage girls playing dress up in the mirror. I couldn’t even get a may i help you. when i found color i like — it was out of stock — asked if there was anything close —- and got the hands on hips —- stink eye for the male clerk. «yeah, but I need to finishing cleaning mirrors» really ??? go somewhere else — clearly they are not interested in 180.00 — 200.00 worth of receipts in the till. ((Tuesday afternoon around 5:40 pm)) mall pretty empty but the store was completely distracted by two 12 – 14 year olds.

The only free standing MAC store in Tampa… that I have found. I’ve been in here like 4 times now and to be perfectly honest… I like the 2 guys that I’ve seen in here. There’s a white guy with a beard that is BEYOND helpful. I was about to leave because the store turns into absolute MAYHEM on the weekends and he came along and saved the day.
You know… I will go on record and say that on this day in particular, HE was the only one that seemed to take any pride in his customer service and his attitude. Every time I’m in this store, I will look for him.
Other than that, I like this store because of availability of products. The uppity attitudes I could do without. Otherwise, I LOVE THE BRANDON MALL MAC COUNTER!!! I’ve never had a bad experience there.

I usually hate going to the Mac stores because the staff can be very rude. However, today’s visit was pleasant. I needed help with 3 shades of eye shadow and there was a gentleman there to offer suggestions. I had to ask him to apply them so I can see what they looked like, which I would hope a store like this would just offer to do to, but none the less, he did and I found great colors. I also needed a few more products and we promptly got them for me. Would visit this location again.

The black lady with the ugly make up and awful wig is rude as hell ! I wanted to purchase a sort of nude lip and upon entering she was just snappy and rude. I haven’t shopped for make up in forever so I had no idea they just wipe them off now and instead of her explaining to me she gets an attitude! Rude Asss drag queen looking wench

To say the least, I’m not a makeup person. Tinted moisturizer and lip gloss is the most you’ll get out of me 90% of the time. But, it was a friend’s wedding and I was a bridesmaid. Mac did a wonderful job. I made an appointment and was greeted and seated almost right away. The makeup artist Dan was very helpful and patient especially with someone with sensitive eye movements. The makeup lasted all day and well into the night. The price for the studio service was competitive but for someone that is African American, Mac has a better color choice than other cosmetic makers (i.e.- Lancome, Elizabeth Arden, etc…). If it’s a special occasion, this is a special treat. The bride had an appointment with Roni and her look was amazing. Both are recommended.

This looks like every other MAC store Ive been to except it’s smaller.
Lacey initially assisted me but I must have seemed too difficult of a customer with all my requests and she had manager Gina assist me. Gina was awesome and was able to help me learn how to use the right makeup within my budget and showed me how I could do it at home.
I can imagine they get very busy in here and with the space being so small there may be a need to get customers in and out, but I never felt rushed by staff and everyone was polite.
