I never experienced such poor customer service and service skills from an A/C company, I called this company about 3 weeks ago because my A/C was not functioning. The technician that came to my house was Reggie, he had the worst attitude since he walked in the house, not even a smile or a greeting, his behavior the way he talked and his whole demeanor was not pleasing. I told him repeatedly that the contactor was broken and that it just needs to be replaced. Instead of listening he thought it was something else and tried to replace a fuse, he turned the system on and blew the fuse this happened again exactly like that, until he finally decided that it was the contactor like I told him earlier and he replaced the contactor. So the part that really got me upset was he charged me $ 131.80 for the contactor when you can pick one up for $ 15. Then he charged me $ 14 for two fuses(the two fuses he blew out from not listening). Then he charged me $ 69 for the 3 hours he was there, when he could of fixed the problem in ½ and hour if he listened. Altogether I got a bill for $ 279.80 when it could of been done for less than a $ 100. Worst service I have recieved from an A/C company and would not recommend them to anyone.
