Rant Review on the way:
I’ve never been to a McDonald’s in all my life and had the workers actually completely stop working for a good 3 minutes. Went through the drivethru for a quick at desk lunch to beat my boss back to the office after working an all morning event. Got to the window and waited… all we heard was giggling… another minute went by still laughing and giggling and waited somemore, finally we spoke up and said ‘HELLO IS THIS MCDONALD’s Open?’ … still another minute… and finally we drove up to the window and low and behold there is a worker bee outside ‘talking to the other girl’ inside the window… we stare at them and ask if they are open… ‘DUH we’re here as you can see’ and then we say ‘Is someone taking orders? and they go ya we’re OPEN?’ … REALLY? We tell them the order and then all of a sudden it’s like’ HELLO we’re back in business’
This is the busiest McDonalds in town mainly because it’s located not only on Dale Mabry but right off the interstate. It’s sad that there were a bunch of kids working it and nobody really in charge.
Food = Always good, always on point
Service= lack luster for sure. They didn’t even say good bye, have a good day, sorry, nothing just threw the bag of food at us and off we went.
This doesn’t change my thoughts on McDonald’s it’s my go to food when I have no idea what else I want. but it will change my idea on WHICH McDonalds i’ll be going to.

My kids like McDonald’s and I used to, but they seem to not do quality checks anymore. I went thru drive thru and asked for their deluxe chicken sand crispy. This is what I got … Ewe. Who would eat that? By the time I gotta home it was too late for me to drive all the way back. People check ur food!!!

Tuesday night May 12 at 11:30 pm.
Sat in the drive thru on one side while FOUR CARS orders were taken on the other side.
I had to say «hello, anyone there» before my order was taken.
Horrible drive thru procedure.
0 apology or reasons given for the treatment.
Horrible service.

I enjoyed a meal at this establishment, that to me defines what real American cooking is. What tender, exquisite morsels of chicken, lightly hand battered and than dipped in a thick, nearly spicy honey mustard sauce. To top it off, hand selected potatoes seasoned with salt, sliced painstakingly thin and fried to perfection. What a meal. I challenge anyone to dine better any given night– the nourishing and filling chicken dish was offset by a carbonated beverage of ample pour. McDonald’s is by far the finest restaurant on earth.

Give Mickey D some props (and one star back). I complained about this location on their corporate website. I was contacted not only by corporate but by the franchise owner. So after all the mea culpa’s about service, expectations, yadda yadda yadda, I did the drive thru this morning to see if it was lip service or truth. Truth is that things have improved. The order taker was polite and friendly. I was handed my breakfast by a young lady who could probably stand some more counseling but she did look at me with a have a nice day, and my order was right. So what’s to make of all this. It pays to bitch. I just want decent service from the arches, not black tie service.

I thought this McDonald’s looked very clean and up to date. The service was also very quick, which is what I would expect from McDonald’s. I ordered a McDouble with tomato, bacon, and mac sauce and a large fry. I don’t what people say but not all McDonald’s are created equal. I didn’t think this was the best McDonald’s, I think the one that serves the best food is the McDonald’s right before you go to Honeymoon Island. But, like I said before, I think this Mcdonald’s is very clean and I would certainly eat inside it again.

Unfortunately the service between all Casper’s McDonalds IS NOT consistent. This location is superior to any other Casper’s McD in Tampa! Congratulations to this location for maintaining some common courtesy and to Casper’s, you need to start modeling all your other locations customer service after this one!
