A great place to learn about what really needs to be done to fix or take care of your vehicle. They have fair prices, excellent turn around time and will take you to a nearby location (such as nearby Citrus Park Mall) if you want while the vehicle is getting worked on. I recommend checking them out.

They diagnosed the problem and fixed it same day, it wasn’t the problem I thought it was and was a lot easier to fix than I thought. Very professional and friendly. I’ve had a recent bad experience with a different mechanic so this felt really good. Will be going back!

I’ve been going here for almost 10 years, these folks have always been super good to me. As a single Mom, I will say that I really appreciate the way I’m treated. It’s hard to give 5 stars as the staff and company have changed a lot over the years, but I can definitely say that they respect my time and my needs and don’t hesitate to give me a ride if I need it. I have been treated very well here.
I like that they show me what services my car needs, discuss it with me, and give me candid feedback on the priority of each maintenance service. This allows me to budget accordingly.
I’ll keep going back!

The McGee team in Carrollwood are a great asset for the community. In my experiences, they have always been professional and a pleasure to deal with. I have been coming here for almost two years and a new face is almost always guaranteed at the front check in. Overall work performance and customer service has been good until my last visit. I walked in on my most recent visit and was not even acknowledged for several minutes by a bald man standing behind the counter reading a magazine. Lobby was completely empty and no other customers were present. When he finally decided to acknowledged me, he didn’t even turn around to face me and asked «what can i do for you» in a unwelcoming tone. The remainder of the conversation was rude and in a unprofessional manner. This review is solely based on this particular employee and his negative attitude. He didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. Time to find a new place to service my vehicles!

Let me first start off by saying the staff was extremely nice so that’s why I gave them two stars. I was quoted at 600 for a control arm replacement however I know for a fact the part only costs 120 at the most. That however wasn’t my issue. I had it checked by two other mechanics who completely disagreed that I even needed it replaced and brought me into the shop to prove that I didn’t. So to be quoted at 600 after you check my car and find something wrong that’s not actually wrong is very dishonest. I will not be returning to McGee tire at all, ever.

As a woman, I often have trouble finding a mechanic that treats me like an individual and this one does.
I have come here a few times now, and although it’s no fun to shell out the money to fix my car, this place is as good as it gets.
The management is friendly and takes the time to really explain and show me what is going on with my car. They are quick, efficient, honest, and the prices I have paid seem fair compared with googling average costs of the fix.
At my most recent visit, My car was overheating, but when they checked it, they found nothing wrong. They really took the time and checked every possible thing it could be. They told me to call immediately if it happen again and they would have my car towed there.
