LOVE the idea of Mealcab, and we have been using them sporadically for quite some time. Drivers are usually nice and we almost always get the food in a prompt manner. We used to be able to watch the status of our order from the restaurant receiving it to the driver being out on deliver, but it doesn’t seem like that option is offered anymore. I give it three stars because it delivers food from restaurants that don’t deliver, otherwise, I really have hesitations about using them because I NEVER receive a receipt. I never receive a receipt for my order, NOR for my credit card. I never sign a credit card receipt when the driver comes to the door, which makes me nervous, and also makes my fiancée and I look like bad tippers. We never have cash, and the website doesn’t specify that if you don’t put a tip via our internet order, the driver won’t be receiving one. Oh well. Needless to say, we only use them as a last viable option; we would rather drive to pick up our food.
