Metro Self Storage

I have an indoor corner unit that became INFESTED with wasps. There was a nest on the outside of the building, but the wasps were crawling through to the inside of my unit. When I told the staff about it (at least a month after I found the first wasp in my unit), they were quick to come with wasp spray, but now all of my stuff is coated with a thick layer of slippery poisonous spray. I did tell her it was ok to spray, but I didn’t realize it would be dripping from the ceiling for the next few days. There were at least 10 wasps inside my unit. I feel they should’ve known about this if they inspect the property on a regular basis. I’ve also had problems with the garage door getting stuck, making it nearly impossible to close my unit door. I have to be very careful when opening the door so that it doesn’t slide open too fast, causing it to become stuck. If I didn’t have so much stuff and it wasn’t 100 degrees outside, and if I had more time, I’d already have moved out and back to Public Storage where I had stored in the past without a single problem. Definitely plan to move in the winter.
