Miracle Eyebrows

I’ve been here a few times and they always do a good job. Both ladies who work there take their time. I came yesterday and had the younger one and she made them a little thin. However my brows hadn’t been done in two months and needed some help and are even and almost the same shape (my brows both grow in different, no symmetry on my face lol). They are friendly ladies and I was lucky to come in with no wait this time. I’d highly recommend not coming on a weekend afternoon unless you plan to wait a long time. The threading takes time and patience unlike waxing.

I have been doing my eyebrows here for 3 years I actually go every single week and the only person who does a outstanding job is Raquiia she is absolutely phenomenal out of anyone that works there she is the only one who I allow to thread my eyebrows and every single time that I am on the streets the amount of compliments that I received from everyone is crazy with oh my god your eyebrows look amazing I suggest anyone to truly give it a shot make an appointment so you don’t have to wait. Raquiia is extremely nice, very humble individual with superb customer service. she makes my experience every week a joy. And as I like to say my eyebrows always look fierce.

This was the only threading eyebrow place I could find in the area. There needs to be more in this city. When I went in there were only 2 ladies working and 6 people waiting to get their brows done. After the one lady finished her Customer she left and the other lady was working by herself. And there were customers still coming in! After waiting for 30 minutes I got my brows done and they turned out nice.

Stay away unless you like thin brows! I asked for my brows to just be cleaned up around the edges and she totally butchered it. Now I have to wait for them to grow out (hopefully they will). I will never go back. I thought it would be convenient since I was at the mall but nope, never again, live and learn! I had gone to a brow place at this mall before (Brow 23) and thought it would be the same, it wasn’t. This chick is like the Edward Scissorhands of eyebrow threading. Beware!

I love it here always turns out great! The young girl it’s blond highlights is the best! Good prices, and nice girls!

Wow! Hiva (spelling?) did my brows and they look amazing! I came in with a mess. My brows had been waxed and were completely uneven. I tried to let them grow out so they ended up looking sparse in some places and just messy. They just looked terrible and I wasn’t sure they would be able to be salvaged. However, I stopped by miracle brows and after a (painful) threading session, my brows look BEAUTIFUL! I’m so happy how they turned out! My eyes look bigger and the brows are actually even again! Wahoo! I definitely recommend seeing Hiva. I hope I am spelling her name correctly.
All this being said, be sure to allow time for the threading. Some women showed up about ten minutes before close (while my brows were being threaded) and Hiva told them she could not take anymore clients. (I got there an hour before close but there were a couple people in front of me.) The women were very entitled and rude. They were in disbelief that she turned them away and made a comment about working for tips. I personally thought they were classless and unappreciative. Threading is an art and I am glad that Hiva had the decency to spend quality time working on my brows, instead of rushing through clients just to get tips. *Quality over quantity. Also, I am certain that the employees at miracle brow have a life outside of work and probably want to get off on time. AND it was pretty rude of these older women to interrupt my threading session. If you want your brows done, don’t show up ten minutes before closing time. Anyway, I say this so my fellow Unilocalers know that this isn’t a five minute ordeal. Plan for it and allow time. Not as quick as waxing but totally worth it!!!

I never write reviews. But I am so upset after leaving this place, and I needed to vent! This is the 2^nd time I’ve been to this location on a Thursday. It’s the same girl I had last time, I don’t know her name. I have very thick eyebrows and she made them very thin last time (2weeks ago). Though they were thin I really liked the shape so I didn’t complain. I tried to let my eyebrows grow back in as much as possible so she’d have something to work with. Which btw was very hard to do because they looked horrible growing back in. Went back today (Thursday) and I specifically told her «please don’t make them too thin» she responded «of course». 2mins later I’m sitting the chair with my eyes watering as she hacked off all my eyebrows AGAIN! This time she made them even smaller. I don’t think I’ve ever seen my eyebrows this thin before. I look like an alien! :(It’s safe to say I will not be visiting that location on a Thursday again. I know my eyebrows will grow back but I’m really disappointed. I had found a really great lady on Thursdays before they moved this shop to the other side of the mall. I went back hopping I would find her again on a Thursdays and she is no longer there. So if anyone knows where this lady is now please let me know!

I had the worst eyebrows threading experience today. I explained the lady I wanted the extra hair around my eyebrows to be threaded. She was so arrogant that when I told her to pluck from underneath the eye brow she started saying that if I want this that’s called shaping of eyebrows not plucking out extras in a very rude tone. I don’t understand why these businesses don’t train there employees that how they have to speak or there is a term called customer service. She ruined my eyebrows. Please don’t try miracle eyebrows.

My best eyebrow threading thus far, $ 12 not bad… they also provide eyebrow tinting, can’t wait to try it :)
