I lived in the Mirasol for two years and absolutely loved it! Nothing beats the views of the private marina and canal. Sitting by the pool looking over the sailboats always makes you feel like you’re on vacation. The grounds are very serene, quiet and relaxing. You never have to worry about loud parties or rambunctious people at the pool. If you are looking for a home with character, rather than a cookie cutter apartment, the Mirasol is perfect!

This beautiful 1920’s building is like no other in Tampa or the whole Bay Area for that matter. I live on the same street and the same wide canal and it’s a major reason I love my location so much. I walk my dog by it every day and see it its beauty from my dock. The current owner has restored it perfectly. With its huge pool, marina, and gorgeous spacious lobby, it’s a true treasure. I’ve spent many a moment in awe there. A former hotel for 1920’s socialites, each apartment is different and unique. The history seeps from its every pore. When I’m ready for apartment living, no cookie cutter place for me. The Mirasol is where I’ll be!
