One Star Service at best!
I made an appointment with Justin & Email Confirmation, 2 weeks ahead, I took time off work to stay home for their arriving technician, not only they did not show up but also never called, after waiting the whole day I called Justin; He gave me some lame excuse about the heavy rains and some other customer’s server going down, that it was more important than my system. He said he confirmed with owner that is going out of town next week; Now the next appointment is in 2 weeks!

Computers went down in our office. We called MSR and they were onsite quickly and solved the problem. Total downtime was about 30 minutes. EXCELLENT service. We will continue to use them well into the future.
