I just moved out of NoHo flats after a one year contract agreement has just expired. I must begin my review by saying that it is 3.5 stars out of 5, and that I gave them the«teachers bump» up, because that’s what cool teachers do ;) –Parking– was amazing the first three months of the new crib, but as a brand new unit slowly and slowly more people started moving in, and by 9pm at night the spots fill up outside the premise. Inside there is parking and it’s really not inconvenient by any means. –It is a sketchy area at night sometimes, but I walked back many times from soho without any incidents(knock on wood still shakey area). Okay inside the counter tops were great, and my bro and I lived right near the pool. They worked in the later months limiting the pool with morons like my college buddies from being rowdy. Not going to lie it was absolutely popping a year ago, but since they do not allow university students it has become much more calmer with a variety of different people. –Here’s bad. The light bulbs, and let’s just say everything else is cheap! They burned out just about every 2 months. So cheap, was a door handle. Seriously this should not be replaced for 10 years, not 10WEEKS. What a joke. The only thing I respected was the Maintenance team, very very nice and most importantly attentive and hard working with all the issues they dealt with. Hats off to those guys, they deserve a tip. –Food truck every week and free breakfast sometimes ! That’s great! — Have 1st four days of the month to pay rent. After moving to my new place, this may have been one of the most underrated parts of Noho that I liked . –Living at Post Hyde Park, it is INSANE they don’t collect garbage. At NoHo, they do. It’s the little things in life people. Report card grade, a University of Tampa AB
