Office Depot

I went to Office Depot tonight wanting six copies the girls looked at me and said they were too busy to do my work. They had two other orders. Absolutely horrible customer service however, she gave me directions to Fed Ex. In my hands were $ 500 of ⁵⁰¹⁄₅₀₂ ink cartridges. I walked out and will never return. So you lost about $ 600 in business I guess it doesn’t matter since your employees give directions to Fed Ex Kinkos.

I order from Office Depot online for work all the time. I never think about giving kudos for the ho hum day to day companies & suppliers that get you through each day. The owner of the company wanted to try some software out so I purchased it last week in the store & loaded it over the weekend. Needless to say the software itself was only 1 star. But office depot took it back no questions & refunded the cost in full. So today they get full kudos, especially because they also did it with a friendly attitude.

Stop #2 in our search for a CPU ! Nice store, very clean and will have pretty much anything you need for your office needs.
We found a great wireless Canon printer on sale for $ 70. Awesome ! I’ve had great luck with Canon so was very happy to find this here. Then off to look at the CPU’s. Hubby found one he liked, was ready to buy, but a very talkative salesman talked my husband right out of the purchase. What a jerk. You know him, that techie know it all, but doesn’t. He tried to talk us out of the printer we were going to buy spouting all this info we were not interested in. This is for home, I don’t care if another brans prints a few more pages! Ei yi yi !!! Walked away from the puter but bought the printer, and it’s awesome!
Would have given them 5 stars but just couldn’t after dealing with Mr. Know it Nothing !

This store was clean and shelves organized. Sadly they did not had what we were looking for so we left.

Nice clean store running great deals. Friendly staff. Not much else to say. Every office doo dad you’ll ever need and probably some you won’t. wife got a $ 250 office chair for about $ 90.

This is the BEST place to get school supplies! They have EVERYTHING! Including those every color of the rainbow, plastic, 3 pronged folders! And everyone is super helpful and friendly! The crowds are far less than other stores like Target or Walmart. But the best part is that they had ALL the supplies in one spot and LOTS of them. :)
