Why 4 stars? Because with groupon, this was a great value.

I have long heard of Omaha Steaks, but had never actually tried any of their products. The girlfriend recently purchased a bundle of treats for about $ 40:
–4 Sirloins
–4 Burgers
–4 Chicken Breasts
–Meatballs
–Steak Fries
–2 Apple Tartlets
The only item we haven’t tried yet is the tartlets.
The meatballs were definitely our favorite, by far — they were phenomenal!
The steak fries were also very good, especially with BBQ sauce.
The sirloins, burgers, and chicken were underwhelming in size and flavor, but we were actually glad that they were on the smaller size, since we’ve been dieting recently.
Overall, Omaha Steaks seems to be far from a super high quality, but the groupon deal has gone a long way. $ 40 for at least 8 dinners!

We made a LONG trip to buy Christmas gifts and though there was no one else in the store, the clerk left out an item. It has taken over a WEEK in phone calls with customer service and jumping through hoops to get them to agree to send us the missing item. NOW they say we will not get it until after Christmas! NEVER AGAIN!

I was given a gift certificate for my birthday and was all excited about it and then I went on the web sight and couldn’t believe the prices! they’re outrageous! Im going to say this in the nicest possible way.
they triple the price of things and act like theyre doing you a favor by giving you sweet deals.
In all honesty, its nothing special and shop around.

Great selection and tasty meats! I went here to get a present for my brother and his girlfriend. I was going to get them 6 Filet Mignons and I had a coupon for 12 free burgers with any purchase. I went in and they accepted my coupon even though it was an online coupon and gave me other great deals as well. I walked out with 12 sesame chicken breasts, a beef stew, 6 Filets and 12 burgers all for under $ 50! Which is well worth the quality of meat you get. My brother was pleasantly surprised!
