I wish I could give negative 5 stars. Joyce and some man sold me what was suppose to be rectified tiles. I spent thousands on the tiles.
Apx. 10 boxes arrived damaged. The installation was done independently but it was a mess. I had roughly 3 experts evaluate the job and tiles.
They all stated the tiles were inferior. Cheap. Not what they were presented as being.
They were not rectified as it said on the box. We measured them and they were different sizes.
I called and spoke with Joyce who said the owner would get back to me and he didn’t.
Nobody at this company cares beyond the sale.
I re bought tiles elsewhere and had to redo the project. This whole ordeal was very distressing.
I wish I had been warned I lost so much money and time. This is NOT a reputable place.
