Outrageous Cakes

I contacted this bakery initially on March 3^rd, 2016, to get a quote for a wedding cake for March 4^th, 2017. I immediately received a response with a question, to which I replied. On March 29^th, I sent a new request asking if they had received my email and asking for an update. They claimed they never received my response, and on April 1^st asked me to resend everything.
They immediately responded and we had a bit of a back-​and-​forth about some details of what I was seeking. April Marie, with their Customer Relations department, said they would be in touch soon with a quote.
Since April 1^st, I have been unable to get a response of any kind from them. Emails and contact forms on their website go unanswered, phone calls always go to voice mail and never get returned. I posted on their Facebook page asking what was happening, and my post was deleted with no answer.
I’m not sure what the issue is, but they seem to be completely unreliable and horrible about responding to communication.

Is extremely disappointed with the staff at Outrageous Cakes. I contacted them earlier in the fall to have a cake made for my mother’s 70^th birthday in late December. I left a message and then followed up a few days later. They had been out so they were going to get back with me when things calmed down. I contacted them again a few weeks later and was promised a few designs the following Monday. That was three weeks ago and I have not heard anything. They have also not returned my call. With this type of customer service, I will be looking elsewhere for a reliable company to provide a cake for the party.

I really enjoyed my experience with Outrageous Cakes. I wanted custom Simpsons cupcakes & cookies for my boyfriend’s birthday. Kim is absolutely wonderful, her communication is stellar. She delivered to me almost an hour away with a smile and good advice for keeping the cupcakes & cookies fresh. They looked better than I could have hoped for! Thank you so much for making him speechless, he loved his treats!

Amazing cake what they did for my daughter. My daughter loved it and everyone else too. The cake was very delicious. Everyone enjoyed the cake. Thank you :) I would recommend the place.
