My husband gave me a pandora bracelet for Christmas, and it was the wrong size.
We went in this store to do the exchange, and everyone who worked there was so nice.
Wearing a bracelet with one or two charms on it can feel different than a full bracelet. The sales associates were so kind and filled up bracelets full and let me try it on.
I left there happy with a bracelet sized perfectly for me, and with a booklet of their charms so I can circle charms/​beads that I like so my husband doesnt have to guess which ones I like. :)

It’s nice that there is a Pandora store. I went close to New Years and there wasn’t even that many people in the store and it seemed understaffed. Everything in the cases looked very scratched and I’m really hoping they don’t sell those things. I got a ring here and I called before I came in. She held the ring for me until later that day. I made sure to tell her I did not want a display ring and it was fine. I examined it and found no scratches but just make sure and examine what they give you!
