I travel TONS for work and at first felt bad having to leave my pug with sitters then I started using Paradise Paws and those worries went out the window. Val and the gang are fantastic! They use an online pet portal where I request services, etc. — while I am away they post daily multiple updates and pictures so I know what is going on with the thug pug while I am away. Until this, I exclusively used the overnight camp service — they come and pick him up, he spends the night (s) at camp and they drop him off the same day I return home. This service is absolutely the best and worry free! My last trip was a day trip to the Northeast and was gone from early AM to later the same night. I scheduled the crew to stop by twice to check in on the pug — once for a walk and then to walk and insure he had a little dinner. Even though they were check ins and a some play time, I received updates and pictures! It was great. Val and the Team really care about the pets they sit — from the initial meeting and get to know you consultation to the continued and over the top care, they really are a great Team and business. Do not know what I would do without them! On one trip I received a video of the Team picking up the pug, I could not believe how excited he was to see them — he loves them as much as I do!
