Phantom Fireworks of Tampa

Went to the one on Gandy, but am posting here as they do not have a separate listing for that one.
Was a little daunting for me entering (after lunch at Café Marti next door) as I’ve never been in 1 of these places before. But the staff were really friendly and approachable.
Don’t know if the prices are higher or lower than elsewhere, but everything is «but 1, get 1» year round. Not obvious that this was the «house rule» until 1 of the staff members mentioned that.

I only come here during Fourth of July time. Each time I have come though I have used a Groupon and it has been hassle-​free and a quick in and out. I would never pay retail prices for fireworks because I don’t have that kind of money to blow, but waiting for the Groupon is where it is at. The staff are kind and helpful and there is a good selection to choose from.

Phantom has the best variety of fireworks around, with great Buy 1, Get 1 Free deals year round.

Phantom Fireworks is an awesome store full with tons of fireworks, all sorts and types cant find something? they will gladly look for it.
The staff at this location on Fowler ave in Tampa was great, very friendly staff willing to help you and if you have any questions ask away. The prices are a big high but when we came in on this particular day EVERYTHING was BUY ONE GET ONE FREE (mix or match) and we left with two packages containing a bunch of rockets and some stink bombs all for about $ 60 bucks, not a bad deal.
The place was kind of empty and besides us there was only two other people shopping so a lot of staff standing around with nothing to do, I would of gave it five stars but I felt like we were being followed around by the same guy even though he was helping us out we could look around our self’s first and then asked for help other than that this place had lots of fire works and the people here were extremely helpful.
If you are in Tampa check out Phantom Fireworks, they are also in Cocoa and Melbourne besides in the Tampa area but where I live in Orlando most of this fire works can not be bought here so this was a real treat for me and a good experience.
