Phoenix Power Systems

I have an old Onan Emerald generator that was in an old truck I bought about six months ago. I try many places in town without any luck, in addition I was taking for a ride by couple other people that promised to repair it and never did until I found Phoenix Power Systems… Let me tell you folks this guys are top of the line, the owner and brains of the whole operation Steve Ackert is a very professional individual that take his job very seriously and is without a doubt a master at what he does. I called Steve after some one suggested to me to reach out to him to see if he can help me with this old Onan, in all honesty I think was the best decision I have made thus far with this generator. The moment I spoke with him on the phone I know I was dealing with some one very knowledgeable and also very pleasant to deal with unlike the other Jerks I had expend money with. He explain to me that he need it to go ver the generator and check it out, he called within two or three days as initially stated and told me what was need it to be fix to bring it back to life. Did it a tune up, replaced a circuit board, installed it in my food truck, explain to me in detail everything was wrong with and charged me a very fair price.
A month later the generator stop working due to a broken deteriorated fuel line coming out the old truck, I called Steve from the event I was catering and he was there with a solution within 20 minutes… Folks you don’t see this type of service going around often…
I highly recommend Phoenix Power System very highly… Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff, always on time, very informative, reliable, and all around a pleasure to do business with.
If you are looking for someone to care for your generator small, big, industrial or whatever size it is this is the place you will not go wrong with this guys…
PS: Onan wanted lots of money to fix it!, will be less expensive to buy a new one!,
