I live in Salt Lake City, UT. My husband was visiting his family in Tampa and his visit just happened to fall over our anniversary. I contacted the closest Pizza Hut to order a pizza for delivery. I asked the woman taking my order if she could write something special on the box. She was more than willing to help me out and she really went above and beyond in making it look nice! I really appreciate them taking the time to help me make this anniversary special.

Pizza Hut has really gone downhill in the last 5 – 10 years it seems. Pizza has no flavor. Just tastes like grease. No distinct flavors.

TL;DR — Standard Pizza Hut
Some days when you’re feeling crappy, all you want to do is order a pie from the closest pizza joint, bring it home, eat the entire thing in your boxers without judgement, and hope that it makes you feel better. This Pizza Hut is that place for me. My order is usually ready in 10 – 15 minutes and still steaming hot when I pick it up and bring it back home.
They routinely open the box for you to inspect the pizza before you leave and ask if you’re happy with how the pizza turned out. If I’m being honest about my most recent visit, the answer is no. I felt like they skimped on the toppings but I wasn’t about to be a jerk and complain over 7 extra pieces of pepperoni. The pizza was still fresh and nummy in my tummy. Otherwise, no other real issues in the years I’ve been ordering from here.

Worst service in town. They will make you wait an hour for an order that you placed ahead of time online. If you like Pizza Hut, then yeah, the food is no different here. Just be prepared.

I just had delivery from this location. I am not impressed. It took an hour and a half to get my pizza delivered to me. When I finally did get the pizza it was barely warm and greasy. I gave two stars not one because my mom thought the pizza was still tasty. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Second and third time ordering were not as good! Tonight was actually terrible!!! There was no flavor to any of it! We will not be ordering from this location anymore!
