Stay away from the Pizza Hut at 2550 East Fowler Avenue in Tampa at all cost! I stopped by to get a personal pan pizza and when I got inside the team member angrily pointed to me. When I paid with my card the team member tried to say that my card was no good despite the fact that I used it about 15 minutes earlier at a nearby supermarket and my card was in good standing. I was kept waiting about 45 minutes for my order and when my order was ready the team member who presented my order raised his voice and got verbally abusive with me for no reason. I did not appreciate being pointed to nor being treated by restaurant staff in a discourteous manner. The employees of this Pizza Hut need to be retrained in customer service including proper courtesy towards customers if this restaurant wants to remain in business. I will not be patronizing the Pizza Hut at 2550 East Fowler Avenue in Tampa anytime soon or in the foreseeable future.

Yup, they r right twith all these comments! Im here on vacation and was craving pizza hut… the wait time is no shit 2 hours, I read the reviews and gave it a shot anyways, i called back to simply ask should I keep waiting or pass out… they say there on there way and I’m still waiting!

When my order was half an hour late, I called and was promised a discount. When it got here, it was the wrong order and I was being charged full price. When I called for a refund, the lady was extremely rude and hung up on me. When I got the manager, he told me I’d have to take two buses to come get my refund and that he had no intention of even giving me the whole refund. Then when I tried to get credit applied toward future orders, I was interrupted and spoken over and hung up on, and then the store tried to insist, first, that I was not owed a refund and then that I was not owed the full refund. Ordering pizza should not be like pulling teeth.

All I wanted to do is order a personal pan pizza for my super reader son to redeem his ‘book it’ coupon. He gets a coupon from school for being a super reader. We usually don’t eat Pizza Hut. We usually eat Eddie and Sams, but it’s a reward for him. I attempted to call it in ahead of time but no one could figure out how to process the coupon. I spoke to a customer svc rep(sounded like a central calling ctr) and she transferred me to her supervisor who also didn’t know what to do. I was on hold x 10 min. I hung up and drove to the store. I waited 5 min for someone to come to the counter. Finally someone came and took my simple order. He said it’ll be 15 min for the pizza. It took way longer. Wow, Pizza Hut has sure changed since I was a child and participated in the ‘book it’ program. There wasn’t a regular person staffing the front counter so customers kept waiting quite a while for assistance. I hope my next experience with using a coupon is better at a different location.

I have to be honest the wait time is always 2hours long and they never answer the phone calls and the workers are rude and nasty!!! I had one time found hair in my food over all sometimes the pizza is edible!

ZEROSTARS! Worst Pizza Hut EVER. I order a chicken Alfredo delivery time was already 3 hours then they’re 45 min late??? So I call & at first the lady can’t find my order & says she wants to quit her job then I ask for the manager he finally finds it & said the delivery guy knocked & no one answered YEARIGHT!!! I been waiting by the door pregnant &STARVING so it must’ve been the wrong door stupid! Dnt order from here unless you’re going to pick it up & even then they’ll prob manage to screw it up!!! Worst delivery experience ever!

Making the initial call, I was happy to hear all the specials by automated message. After the phone was answered, I wasn’t impressed with the customer service, at the beginning. After I politely asked about prices, she accommodated my request with a better attitude, and even suggest a less expensive alternative. I was happy with the end of this interaction. My pizza is said to be delivered within 35 mins. They actually arrived in 18 mins. Incredible! The delivery person was friendly. The interaction was pleasant. I open my Thin Crust Alfredo Mushroom and Bacon, pizza and it was hot and fresh. I would have liked a bit more toppings, but it was good. All-in-all we all kinda know what to expect. This I give a B.

Ordered pizza for delivery online… quoted 1 hour and after 2 hours called and was told it had been cancelled because they had called twice with no response… I had 0 missed calls, so i was blatantly lied to by a «supervisor»…worst delivery experience I’ve ever had.

The worst pizza delivery exp i have ever experienced. Save yourself a headache and order somewhere else. It takes them 2 hrs to deliver something. They let me know after an hour of ordering that they didnt have one of the ingredients, and they just didnt bring anything. They refund the money three days after they screw up. The lady in the phone was rude and not helpful at all.

The first time I ordered online for the over stuffed pizza, they completely screwed up my order, the food was cold, and it took them twice as long to deliver as they said it would. After I sent an email they gave me a $ 25 credit at the store. Turns out, when you order online to pick it up, the system won’t let you use your credit(I was ordering online because of a really great Facebook deal). They still ended up charging us for some of the order even though the original order was well within that $ 25 credit. I didn’t appreciate it at all and won’t order from this store again. How can you not do a store credit correctly? Even if it doesn’t work online with my store credit, just comp the order and send me on my way

Ive been ordering delivery from this location for over a year & I love this place. The employees are friendly, accommodating, and always on time with my order. Once there was an error they worked quickly for an acceptable resolution. The ultimate cheese pizza with white sauce on pan crust is so delicious. They cook the crust & cheese just perfect that it melts in your mouth. The cheese sticks are truly scrumptious, and the chocolate dunkers are a chocolate addicts dream dessert. I am a satisfied return customer who will continue to order from this location again & again!
