Pizza Hut

i am totally disgusted rite now. i just paid the delivery driver for my pizza order, as he takes out the pizza and wings there is a live cockroach crawling on the pizza box. the driver says «sorry about that» called the manager she offered to recook my order. so now im sitting here waiting for another delivery of pizza and wings that i have already paid for, i feel like the manager should of at the very least offered to comp this meal. live roach on my pizza box!

Second time we have gotten delivery and we have been so disappointed. We ordered a thin and crispy crust… it was practically uncooked. The bottom of the pizza was white! They really scrimped on the toppings except black olives… the whole raw pizza was covered in black olives. We also ordered spinach… the pizza came with raw spinach leaves on top! What the hell? We also ordered wings. I think they were Cornish hen wings instead of chicken wings… so scrawny with no meat to speak of. Pizza Hut used to be a reliable leader in pizza… now they suck!

For the start of college football, Pizza Hut and College Game Day teamed up to give out free large one-​topping pizzas to 10,000 fans. I just happened to be one of them and discovered this Pizza Hut was right down the road from me. Before this promotion, I had no idea where the closest location to me was!
I opted for a pepperoni pizza with a pretzel crust. Everything about the pizza was excellent: it was hot, the cheese was gooey, and the crust was crunchy. When I went to pick up my order, the girl behind the counter was nice and offered to give me a bag with plates and napkins. I found it interesting that there is now a television that displays upcoming orders and tells you what step of the process each one is at. I was easily able to tell that my pizza would be ready momentarily because it said that it was being cut when I walked in.
I can’t say that I’ll be trading out my regular pizza parlor just yet, but it’s nice to know there’s something closer if I’m in a pinch. I’m also sure that things just taste better when they’re free, however I have yet to have a bad experience with Pizza Hut.

My most recent experiences have been the same. Extremely slow delivery, 30 – 40 min late, foods cold/​soggy and pizza hardly has any toppings. Why can’t the expectation ever match the commercials? I realize it’s pizza but and trust me when I say my expectations aren’t high, but you can’t even reach how low I set the bar already.

Gross everytime I go witch only 3 times I learn quick lol. It’s expensive and crappy get real pizza people don’t cheat your self.
