Premier Nail Source

I have placed 2 orders with Premier Nail Source (PNS) this month. I chose to do business with this compay because there prices were unbeatable and their website was easy to navigate through. Prior to making my first purchase, I was a little nervous as a previous reviewer mentioned, that this company had a few negative reviews circulating the internet. I can confidently say that these review are most likely NOT from customers but written by someone with malicious intent. I recieved outstanding service when placing both orders. There are representatives available on all days of the week. You can place orders online and over the phone, and if you need special assistance, you can easily reach someone by telephone at their location. All items were shipped securely and professionally, and arrived by Fedex in a timely manner. I recieved shipping information and tracking number when my packages were shipped. I just recieved my second order yesterday, and it included a CND UV lamp. I meticulously followed the setup instructions and turns out my lamp was defective. I immediately call PNS and they advised me to first call the CND company technical support since the item is under manufacture warranty. The phone rep, Crystal, told me that if CND could not help, then to call her back and they would ship out a replacement lamp for me. Luckily, CND was more than happy to ship me a new lamp today since it was obviously defective. Even though CND helped me out, I was at ease knowing that PNS had my back in case I had any issues getting my replacement lamp from CND. So, in conclusion, I’m very happy with the product and customer service I’ve recieved from PNS. I would most definatley recommend them to others and will definately purchase from them in the future!

After reading reviews on some other sites I was nervous about an order I had recently placed through their web site. Well I am happy to say my order arrived quickly and was completely accurate. They shipped the next business day and the package shipped across the country in less than 5 days. They emailed the tracking number to me the day the package shipped. My order was correct and the packing slip was even double checked before they shipped it and the signatures of who packed it where on the slip. It seems they have taken provious reviews to heart and changed things to make sure their customers are happy. I sure am. I will be ordering from them again and will update this review as necessary. So far PNS is a company I recommend for their good prices and attention to detail.
