The online print ordering system that Printing In A Box has is amazing. I’ve used many systems before to order printing and most have been really confusing. The owners of this company really have built an amazing end-to-end solution. With their software and system, you’re up and running as a print shop overnight! Amazing!

very difficult order process, not very helpful support and shipping usually takes a week. We have placed about 5 orders and will not be placing another. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

I created an account with and placed an order for a page flyer. I attempted several times to upload the art for both sides but it would time. I decided it would then probably be easier for me to upload the art later since each time I tried to order and upload the art it would time out causing me to have to input all of my personal information all over again. This became tiring and frustrating. After getting the order done I began trying to upload the artwork. I would choose both files titled FRONT and BACK with the flyer name but it continued to time out. The files were very large(graphic design files usually are) but I thought I should try to just upload one page at a time. Sure enough the first page seemed to go through no problem. I then kept trying the second page and it did not seem to have gone through but I just was not sure. I received an email from a service representative stating that they still had yet to receive art work for the order. The order took longer than I expected and then I opened the box and was in shock when I saw the backside of the flyer was completely blank. I called the company immediately but they were closed so I left a message saying what happened(my message was polite) and I requested a call back asap when they opened to get it resolved. In the afternoon that day no one had called me back so I called again. A woman and I explained what happened. She went into a long winded speech about how their artwork is uploaded(yeah OBVIOUSLY the artwork did not upload). I explain to her I thought there was a problem which is why I emailed specifically asking about the TWO pages of artwork. She then said that CSR would have to help me in an extremely dismissive tone. Hours more went by before I wrote another email that I was very upset and I needed the situation rectified immediately saying this could have been avoided and why I was now being blamed when my email was clearly asking questions to prevent the problems. I said I could not believe they treat customers like this and that I should contact the Better Business Bureau and report them as well as letting promoters know not to go properly here for their fliers. When I was called back she told me casually she was calling me back because I emailed her threatening to contact the BBB and that was the only reason she was bothering to call me. She went around and around in a dismissive tone that I did not upload properly and when I would say that she was blaming me she would come back with, «no, not at all» and then start the explanation all over again about how art is uploaded and how this was not their fault but that I only uploaded one page. I flat out asked her to please stop speaking to me like an infant and tell me how this would get fixed again referencing her email. She offered to reprint the whole order all over again for a discount which I said was NOT acceptable. She then went back into her explanation again along with saying I told her I was reporting them to the BBB so she did not have to do anything. My favorite part is their lies to my bank and BBB. They told my bank the BBB ruled in their favor which is not true. Honestly arguing back the money is not worth the $ 100 since I never want to see another communication from this company again. So save yourself a nightmare!
