I felt like I have to share my surprisingly good experience with this company.
So after very short notice relocation i needed to transport my car from California to Texas. I got online quote from bunch of different companies throughout US. Quotes ranged between 600 $-900 $. And since I didn’t have much time and money I decided to go with this company without reading any reviews. I talked to a nice lady, her name was Georgia. When I paid the deposit and made the reservation on Friday I was told that the first available truck leaving California was on Tuesday. And it would be here on latest Sunday. I was like okay well 10 days later I ll have my car, not too bad. So after I paid the deposit and deal was done I went to my computer and read all the reviews about this company on Unilocal and Google. OMG! I was so scared that I either wasn’t gonna get my car or it was gonna miss a door or something. I just kept praying that this wasn’t a scam. The next day I got a call from Georgia she said they ll pick up my car on Monday: not later, earlier than I was told. Awesome. And they really did pick up my car on Monday and I was delivered the car on Thursday morning 10am. So less than a week I got my car after the first phone call. I still cant believe it but nothing is wrong with my car and no surprise fees or charges either. I was given the truck drivers information. I kept calling him every day since I was so scared:) He didn’t mind and picked up the phone every time. So either I m the luckiest person of all or this company changed their quality of services, maybe the management. But whatever the reason I am so happy that I had a great experience. Thank you for not disappointing me :)
I would use this company again for sure.
PS: They didnt charge me extra for all the stuff i had in the trunk either.

I contracted with this company to ship my car. They took my money as a deposit and that was the only thing they did right. They didn’t pick up my car when they said they would, the pickup date came and went and no one called me from the company about it. I had to call them to find out what was up, and they said they had my job order but their sales rep didn’t put the pickup date on it. As to why they never called me to find out the pickup date, they could not explain.
I will spare you the details of dealing with them on the phone, except for this telling one:
When I told them that I wanted my money back because of their mistake, the guy on the phone said «Well, it was your mistake too. You should read a contract carefully before you sign it [he was referring to an email from them that I responded to, authorizing them to pick up my car, which they left the pickup date off of].
A company that doesn’t take responsibility when it clearly is in the wrong is bad, but fairly common; one that says it’s the customer’s fault for not catching the mistake they made is bottom of the barrel.
Now, not surprisingly, they are not responding to my emails requesting a refund or an explanation for why they’re not giving me my money back.
Just an unbelievably crummy company.

OMG if i could go lower than a One Star I would. I foolishly hired these JOKERS to transport my car from WI to NY for a price of $ 425.00. I spoke with a woman name Lindsey (Sales) very nice very professional, however, you cannot believe anything that comes out of her mouth.
After I signed the Contract I received a call from Mickey (a very nice and knowledgeable woman) who informs me she can have my car transported however, it will cost me an additional $ 50.00.
Naturally, I say ‘No” I have a contract for $ 425.00 not $ 475.00. Mickey informs me she has 5 days to find a carrier. So I think 5 days from the time i signed the contract… No it is 5 days from the date the car was going to be picked up. Which means; I wanted the Car Picked up on March 22 so my 5 days began on the 22 not on the day I signed the Contract. My fault ALWAYS read the fine print and NEVER believe Sales People, because all they want to do is make the sale.
So now I would like to speak to someone higher up the food chain but the only way to contact someone is through email. You must email customer service and hopefully someone will call you back.
SERIOUSLY DO NOT USE THIS GROUP FOR ANYTHING !!!
