I first met Dr Reddy while on a week long visit to Tampa General Hospital. Out of all the doctor’s I met there, he was the only one who seemed to sincerely want to help me. He wasn’t my assigned attending doctor but he visited me every morning to check on me. He took the time to explain things clearly to me and answer all of my questions. I was released from the hospital without any real solution to my problems. Basically I was told by the assigned hospitalist, we don’t think you’re going to die so now you can go home. Problem was, I still felt like I was going to die. So I called Dr Reddy’s office to get an appointment and to tell him I wasn’t any better. The appointments are booked far in advance due to his very busy schedule however even though I had never been to his office, I was considered an existing patient and the office staff quickly got my messages to him about my concerns. He called me back himself and prescribed a new medication. I had a bad reaction to that medication and called his office again, he again called me back himself. The office they are in(Tampa Neurology associates) is old but they run it efficiently. The office staff at his office is very friendly and always helpful and understanding. Over the last few months I have seen several doctors who could not help me. Dr Reddy was the only doctor out of all of them who seemed to really want to do anything he could to make me feel better. After several different tries, we did finally find something that helps my symptoms and has given me back my quality of life. I am forever grateful to Dr Reddy and his staff!
