I have had the best experience with this company! My dog cut himself and bled all over our microfiber sectional yesterday and I was horrified it would not come clean. In fact, the first cleaning company I spoke to turned me away saying it couldn’t be done. I was not satisfied with that company’s response so I called Servpro. I then spoke with Brian who told me there are no guarantees but they could at least attempt to get the multiple large blood stains out. Microfiber is a hard material to work with especially when getting out tough stains like blood. His men came in and in record time got all the stains out! They were nice and professional and even came to update me on how it was looking. Thank you guys so much!
