Seven Oaks

I’ve lived here for nearly 7 years and have loved it. The landscaping is always pristine, the clubhouse is always clean and the pool is just amazing. Huge waterslide, kiddie pool, resort pool and a café for those tasty treats. I really like the fact that they have so many entrances, other communities in the area frequently get back ups w/​traffic due to there limited entrys… not Seven Oaks. It is conveniently located near I-​75 and I-​275 so pretty much just a 20 minute car ride to most anywhere in Tampa. Wiregrass mall and the Florida Hospital are right outside the Community. And who can forget to mention Sams Club… my second home– I love having the convenience of all these stores right outside my community.

The Seven Oaks community is a very expansive one that includes a bunch of different builders. The main road down the core of Seven Oaks is extremely long but they have added a couple outlets to Bruce B Downs so there are different routes to get in and out.
The pool/​club house area is very nice. There is a waterside, gym area, sand volleyball courts, etc. When we visit our friends here for holidays we always have a good time.
